TOYOTA & LEXUS

At the behest of TOYOTA MOTOR POLAND, we introduced a fully remote sales platform in just two weeks. The project went live at the same time in all 76 Toyota and Lexus dealerships in Poland and supported over 300 agents. After the launch, we continued working on with Toyota on perfecting their remote sales process and improved our platform, by adding new functionalities requested by the client.

Implementation and results

In September 2020, Kantar, a renowned data and insight company, conducted a survey of the online capabilities of Polish car dealerships.
